In a few words or phrases, what does growth mean to you?
To me, growth means removing barriers and friction in both the customer journey and business processes.
In your experience, what has been the most impactful growth lever?
It's likely the inner planner in me, but it always feels like the biggest levers have more to do with process than tactics.
What is the biggest misconception out there in the field of growth?
That it only comes from the top of the funnel. It's easy for our industry to focus too much on audience growth and other short-term growth signals and don't do enough of balancing that with a long-term view that considers the future of the customer journey and retention.
Any "must have" tools or technology you use?
Whatever tool you find easy! I personally love "build your own system" tools like Airtable and Notion for productivity, but one of the biggest things I've learned in my career is how subjective tools can be. What works for me won't necessarily work for you.
Future outlook: what's next on your agenda?
I'm building WorkBrighter.co, a community that supports high achievers who struggle with burnout as they learn how to balance productivity with health and self-care.
