In a few words or phrases, what does growth mean to you?

Growth is not just about creating positive results from insights of the entire customer journey. It's also about keeping an open mind towards what you think or do wrong with humility.

In your experience, what has been the most impactful growth lever?

Getting external help to get a better perspective from people that are outside your network and that are from all around the world. That way, you don't just get to meet new people, but you meet amazing people that might share the same values are you.

What is the biggest misconception out there in the field of growth?

Growth hacks are a solution to a problem is a misconception. Growth hacks can be part of the solution, but they aren't the entirety of it.

Any "must have" tools or technology you use?

Google Analytics, Conversion optimization and Personalization tool (Google Optimize), Session recording and Heatmap (Hotjar)

Future outlook: what's next on your agenda?

Helping B2B businesses getting started with personalization in their marketing while not forgetting the humans that are involved in the equation of their strategy.
