In your experience, what has been the most impactful growth lever?

If you're in the SaaS space and have a free trial or freemium model, removing the email activation step is one of the easiest ways to boost your MRR by 10-20%. Making things simpler for people to do is the easiest "hack" out there.

What is the biggest misconception out there in the field of growth?

Growth is a one trick pony. Real growth happens when you use a process and execute on it over time. Sure, one of those experiments might be a winner but the process is more important than the standouts.
