Update your Persons and Accounts inside Outreach with Users and Accounts data from all your stack

How to send Users from Hull as Persons in Outreach

Selecting Users to send out as Persons

First, go to the User - Sending to Outreach section.

Start by defining the segments of Users you want to send out from Hull to Outreach. Inside the User filter dropdown, select those User segments.

If a User does not belong to any of those segments, he will not be synched out to Outreach.

Mapping attributes from Hull to Outreach

Then, go to the Outgoing Attribute Mapping to define what is the field on the Contact inside Outreach that corresponds to the attribute on the User inside Hull. First, click on the Edit the mapping button: Screenshot 2019-12-05 at 17.15.50 (1)

A modal with the list of attributes from Hull will appear.

Select the attributes one by one. You can also select all the attributes coming from one connector by clicking on the checkbox next to the name of the connector. Screenshot 2019-12-05 at 17.18.50

Once you have clicked the Confirm button, the list of attributes will autopopulate inside the attribute mapper as follows. Finally, select the corresponding Outreach fields that you want to match with these attributes using the Outreach dropdown on the right.

⚠️ Warning ⚠️:

  • You can not choose to create and match a custom field inside Outreach directly from the Outreach dropdown
  • By default, the attributes from Hull will overwrite the field inside Outreach. Thus, if a field inside Outreach is changed, it will be soon overwritten by the attribute coming from Hull.
  • You can also propagate the linking between users and accounts in Hull to the linking between contacts and companies inside Outreach by activating the toggle button as shown below. Note that the company that you want to match with the account the user is linked with, needs to already exist inside Outreach.

How to send Accounts from Hull as Accounts in Outreach

Selecting Accounts to send out as Accounts in Outreach

First, go to the Account- Sending to Outreach section.

Start by defining the segments of Accounts you want to send out from Hull to Outreach. Inside the Account filter dropdown, select those Account segments.

If an Account does not belong to any of those segments, it will not be synched out to Outreach.
