Searching for Users in Hull from a ZapUpdated 10/12/2019

With Hull's Zapier Connector, you can combine Zapier workflow capabilities with Hull's stitched data on Users and Accounts. The connector is configurable from Zapier's interface. One way to use this connector is to search for a User or an Account in Hull triggered by a Zap.

How to search for a Hull user based on a Zap

Once you have installed Hull's Zapier connector on your org, go to your account in Zapier and make a Zap!

First, set up your trigger as you do usually when using Zapier. For the example here, we chose Add a New Spreadsheet Row to Google Sheets.

Then, select Hull as a destination for your Zap. You can do so inside the Do this... section.

Then, select the Action Event called Find a User:

Then, sign in your Hull organization. You will be asked to fill-in the token that is in your Zapier connector settings under the Credentials section:

Last step, map the rows of the selected Google Sheet with the User Hull attributes. This will allow Hull to understand which User look for.

You can then hit the Continue button and you are all set!
