We believe in a world where communicating with a business feels as natural as communicating with a friend, and where unified experiences are key for consumer-to-business communications. That's why we want to bring the value of Hull to the MessageBird platform and our customers. To deliver this vision, we decided to say goodbye to the Hull platform and will shut it down on 31 December 2022, so that we can invest our time and energy into building the communications platform of the future.
We will be switching off access to Hull at 09:00 ET on 31 December 2022. This means that you will not be able to access Hull or any data from that moment onwards. Hull’s infrastructure will be completely decommissioned thereafter.
You can access your data on Hull until 09:00 ET on 31 December 2022, after which your data will no longer be accessible. All your data will be deleted from the Hull platform when it is completely decommissioned thereafter.
Hull will be accessible to you until 09:00 ET on 31 December 2022.
Our priority and commitment during this period is to make sure that Hull is as reliable, stable, up to date and secure as it has always been for you. So we will roll out bug fixes and patches as necessary to ensure that your business can continue to run.
And, we will not be rolling out any new features. This means that you should take extra care when evolving your data flows because we will be unable to debug bespoke, customer-specific data flow issues with you as we have till now.
You can still continue to reach out to support@hull.io until 09:00 ET on 31 December 2022.
