Some of your leads may have already filled in a form or may already exist inside your CS tool for example. With Hull, we reconcile the data on your users coming from all of your stack. If you use an enrichment tool, you can get even more valuable data on them. This data is added information that will help sales teams talk in a more personalized way with leads to get higher chances to convert them.

How to get started

  1. Install Clearbit and/or Datanyze connectors. You can also use incoming webhooks if you use another tool to enrich your users (Pipl, ZoomInfo, SEMrush,...).
  2. In the settings of these connectors, select the segments of users you want to enrich. For example, a segment called leads coming from the CRM which will correspond to the leads added directly inside the CRM.
  3. These users will be enriched. Then, you can create a segment called enriched leads coming from the CRM which will correspond to leads coming from the CRM but for who some of the attributes were enriched. For instance, "at least one phone number is filled-in"
  4. Add this segment to the User Outgoing setup in the Salesforce or Hubspot connector settings to send these users out.
