When you have non-active users of your product, you want to reach out to them and talk to them with the content that addresses their personal fear in order to reactivate them.
How to get started
- If you know subsets of non-active users- for example, users who have never used the product, users who used the product but never finished their free-trial- you can create these segments of users inside Hull based on events tracked with Segment. An example of this kind of segment for Hull who would be
users who never installed a connectordefined by " users who never performed the event
installed a connector"
- Then, add these segments to the outgoing whitelisted segment section inside the customer.io connector. This will send users to customer.io only if they belong to these segments.
- Inside customer.io, trigger emails sequences only when users enter these segments.
